Cash flow hedges produced a material net OCI loss in Q1 2026: amounts recorded in OCI totaled $(1,559) million with a total change in OCI for the period of $(1,190) million, compared with amounts recorded in OCI of $1,587 million and total change $2,208 million in Q1 2025. Interest‑rate cash flow hedges (primarily SOFR and Prime indexed assets) drove the OCI movements and are recorded into net interest income when reclassified. The Firm reports that it did not experience any forecasted transactions that failed to occur in the periods presented, and that terminated cash flow hedge results in AOCI may amortize to income over up to ten years for certain forecasted transactions.
