CCB average deposits increased 3% year over year to $1.09 trillion in the second quarter and to $1.09 trillion for the first half of 2026. CCB total payments transaction volume increased to $1.9 trillion in the quarter and $3.7 trillion year to date, while debit and credit card sales volume increased 10% to $535.8 billion in the quarter and 9% to $1.02 trillion year to date. CIB Payments revenue increased 12% to $5.3 billion in the second quarter and to $10.4 billion in the first half, driven by higher average deposits and fee growth. CIB average client deposits and other third-party liabilities increased 11% to $1.21 trillion in the quarter and 12% to $1.19 trillion year to date.
