Firmwide period-end deposits increased to $2,713.7 billion at June 30, 2026 from $2,559.3 billion at December 31, 2025, while average deposits rose 7.2% year over year to $2,685.6 billion in the second quarter. Commercial & Investment Bank deposits increased to $1,307.2 billion from $1,193.3 billion, primarily from client-driven inflows in Payments and Securities Services, while Consumer & Community Banking deposits increased to $1,093.9 billion from $1,072.8 billion. Average U.S. deposit rates declined to 1.40% from 1.60% year over year, and total average deposits outside the U.S. increased to $585.4 billion from $518.6 billion. Estimated uninsured deposits increased to $1,743.9 billion from $1,558.6 billion, primarily reflecting wholesale operating deposits.
