Total loans increased 3.3% to $1,542.5 billion at June 30, 2026 from $1,493.4 billion at December 31, 2025, while the total credit portfolio increased 5.1% to $3,588.7 billion. Wholesale loans increased $57.5 billion, primarily from higher CIB lending and AWM securities-based lending driven by client demand, and wholesale lending-related commitments increased $26.8 billion to $622.8 billion. Total nonperforming credit exposure declined to $10.6 billion from $11.3 billion, while net charge-offs declined to $2.4 billion in the second quarter from $2.4 billion in the prior-year quarter and the net charge-off rate decreased to 0.66% from 0.73%. Receivables from customers increased to $82.2 billion from $47.3 billion, reflecting higher margin loans to brokerage clients.
