Real Estate was the largest wholesale industry exposure at $230.4 billion at June 30, 2026, up from $224.9 billion, with criticized exposure increasing $571 million to $12.2 billion. Consumer & Retail exposure increased to $140.3 billion from $133.9 billion, while criticized exposure increased $1.3 billion to $9.3 billion, predominantly from downgrades. Technology, Media & Telecommunications exposure increased to $106.6 billion from $97.8 billion, and Industrials exposure increased to $86.1 billion from $80.6 billion. Multifamily represented $130.1 billion of Real Estate exposure, approximately 99% of which was performing, while approximately 82% of total Real Estate exposure was secured.
