The U.K. Prudential Regulation Authority announced that implementation of the final Basel III standards would be delayed until January 1, 2027, with a three-year transitional period for certain aspects. J.P. Morgan Securities plc remained compliant with U.K. MREL requirements as of June 30, 2026, with a 15.6% CET1 ratio versus a 4.5% regulatory minimum. JPMorgan SE is subject to the EU implementation of final Basel III standards, effective January 1, 2025, except for market-risk provisions effective January 1, 2027. JPMorgan SE also remained compliant with EU MREL requirements, reporting a 17.2% CET1 ratio and a 30.2% total capital ratio as of June 30, 2026.
