Cash and cash equivalents declined to $2,419 million at June 27, 2026, from $2,615 million at December 27, 2025, while marketable securities declined to $262 million from $1,060 million. Current and long-term debt totaled $19,001 million at quarter-end, down from $21,219 million at year-end, including $2,981 million of long-term debt repayments and $1,152 million of new long-term debt issuance during the six months. Operating activities provided $2,088 million of cash, up 8.2% from $1,929 million, primarily because of favorable working-capital changes in accounts payable that were partly offset by higher inventory. The company ended the period with $2,689 million of cash, cash equivalents, and restricted cash after a $2,882 million net use of financing cash.
