The company purchased approximately $1.9 billion of corporate bonds, commercial paper, and U.S. Treasury and agency securities during the six months ended June 27, 2026. It received approximately $2.9 billion from maturities of those securities during the same period. Available-for-sale debt securities declined from $1,281 million at December 27, 2025 to $1,060 million at June 27, 2026, primarily because proceeds funded repayment of $1.9 billion of senior notes that matured in June 2026. All available-for-sale securities had contractual maturities within one year at June 27, 2026.
