Qnity Electronics installed KLA’s Surfscan SP7XP unpatterned wafer defect inspection system at its New England Manufacturing & Technology Center. Qnity is using the system to improve process insight while developing and manufacturing advanced semiconductor materials. The equipment is intended to accelerate process learning and scale-up for Qnity and its customers’ leading-edge technology roadmaps.
