Semiconductor Process Control revenue increased 12% to $12.24 billion, driven by foundry/logic and memory customers investing in leading-edge technologies for AI and HPC. PCB and Component Inspection revenue increased 21% to $750.4 million, supported by advanced packaging demand, higher PCB revenue and growth in the installed service base; the increase was partly offset by the absence of Display revenue after KLA exited that business. Specialty Semiconductor Process revenue decreased 1% to $584.1 million because of lower customer investment and reduced product sales in China, partly offset by higher service revenue.
