KLA reported that HPC and data centers, supported by increasing AI adoption, are driving semiconductor industry expansion and are expected to influence customer investment through fiscal 2027. Management identified AI as a technology inflection point supporting leading-edge demand and the ongoing AI infrastructure buildout. Demand for 2-nanometer logic, EUV-enabled logic and DRAM, high-bandwidth memory, and advanced packaging is increasing process complexity and process-control intensity. KLA expects these trends to support continued demand for its Semiconductor Process Control and PCB and Component Inspection offerings.
