China generated $1.426 billion, or 34.5% of Q1 FY27 revenue, up 49% sequentially and 13% year over year, primarily from mature-node foundry/logic demand. Taiwan contributed $1.023 billion, or 24.7%, while North America contributed $618.0 million, or 14.9%; North American revenue rose 107% year over year. Korea generated $497.2 million, or 12.0%, up 66% year over year on memory demand, including high-bandwidth memory and advanced DRAM investment. Japan revenue fell 46% year over year to $159.8 million, or 3.9% of revenue.
