KLA CORP · 2026-10-29 · Importance 64 · Surprise 56 · From source text

Net cash provided by operating activities was $1.531 billion in the three months ended September 30, 2026, compared with $1.162 billion in the prior-year period. The increase primarily reflected approximately $940 million of higher customer and other collections, driven mainly by higher shipments. Lower income tax payments of approximately $58 million and other tax payments of approximately $50 million also increased cash flow, partly offset by approximately $595 million of additional accounts-payable payments and $70 million of additional employee-related payments. Capital expenditures increased $98.9 million year over year, while net cash used in investing activities fell to $177.9 million from $410.0 million, principally because net purchases of available-for-sale securities decreased $332.0 million.
