The 2024 Transformation Initiative generated $54 million of second-quarter operating charges and $105 million of first-half charges, compared with $121 million and $196 million, respectively, in the prior-year periods. The initiative includes creating a more agile and focused operating structure and exiting the U.S. private-label diaper business and other businesses and markets. Business exits created a 290-basis-point first-half adjusted operating-profit headwind and a 1.1% sales headwind.
