The 2024 Transformation Initiative is expected to reduce the workforce by 4% to 5% across major geographies. The Board extended the initiative through the end of 2028, with expected gross productivity savings of $3.0 billion and $200 million of selling, general and administrative savings. Total pre-tax program costs are expected to be approximately $1.5 billion, with cash costs representing approximately 60% and the remainder primarily non-cash depreciation and asset write-offs. Transformation charges were $54 million in the second quarter and $105 million for the first six months of 2026, bringing cumulative pre-tax charges through June 30, 2026 to $913 million.
