North America net sales declined 1.2% in the second quarter and 0.9% for the first six months of 2026, with quarterly organic sales down 0.7% due primarily to retail inventory changes and disruption from the Los Angeles distribution-center fire. Six-month North America organic sales increased 0.5%, led by volume gains in Consumer Tissue and Professional categories, partly offset by lower pricing supporting new-product sales. International Personal Care net sales increased 4.0% in the quarter and 6.5% year to date, with organic growth of 1.0% and 2.5%, respectively. International Personal Care growth was driven by volume and mix in multiple categories, particularly diapers and pants, although China’s social-media disruption was a significant headwind.
