Essential Health Segment net sales increased to $2.4 billion for the six months ended June 28, 2026, from $2.3 billion in the prior-year period, up $82 million or 3.5%. Organic sales increased 1.3% after a 2.2% favorable foreign-exchange benefit, reflecting 1.7% volume growth and a 0.4% unfavorable value-realization impact. Volume growth was driven by strong e-commerce, Baby Care distribution gains, and Wound Care innovation, while Oral Care declined because of competitive pressure. Strategic price investments pressured value realization, partly offset by pricing actions in Latin America and Asia Pacific.
