Lilly completed acquisitions of Orna Therapeutics, Ajax Therapeutics, Centessa Pharmaceuticals, and Kelonia Therapeutics during the second quarter of 2026. After quarter end, it completed three acquisitions to build an infectious disease portfolio and entered into an agreement to acquire AtaiBeckley for treatment-resistant depression and other mental health conditions. Second-quarter acquired IPR&D charges were $2.8 billion, primarily related to Orna and Ajax, while acquisition and integration-related special charges were $703 million, primarily related to Kelonia and Centessa.
