Lilly reported 52-week results from the TOGETHER-PsO and TOGETHER-PsA Phase 3b trials evaluating Taltz plus Zepbound in adults with psoriatic disease and obesity or overweight with an additional weight-related comorbidity. At Week 36, the combination produced statistically superior improvements in disease activity and metabolic outcomes versus Taltz alone in both trials. At Week 52, the combination maintained or further improved psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis disease activity. Systemic inflammation and metabolic outcomes were sustained or improved over one year with concomitant Taltz and Zepbound treatment.
