Lilly reported 52-week results from the TOGETHER-PsO and TOGETHER-PsA Phase 3b trials evaluating Zepbound (tirzepatide) used with Taltz (ixekizumab) in adults with obesity or overweight and psoriatic disease. The combination maintained or further improved psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis disease activity at Week 52 compared with Taltz alone, following statistically superior improvements at Week 36. Systemic inflammation and metabolic outcomes also continued to improve or remained sustained, supporting a potential immunometabolic treatment approach for patients with psoriatic disease and weight-related comorbidities.
