Eli Lilly broke ground on a $6.5 billion biomanufacturing facility at Generation Park in Houston, Texas, with operations planned for 2030. The site will produce active pharmaceutical ingredients for Foundayo (orforglipron), Lilly’s oral GLP-1 receptor agonist, and other advanced therapeutics.
