Lilly’s Zepbound 15 mg was associated with 4.5% greater weight loss than Wegovy HD, or semaglutide injection 7.2 mg, in an indirect comparison of adults with obesity. Participants receiving Zepbound 15 mg had more than three times the odds of achieving at least 20% body-weight reduction versus Wegovy HD. The analysis covered Zepbound 10 mg and 15 mg and supports Lilly’s competitive positioning against Novo Nordisk’s higher-dose injectable semaglutide.
