Foghorn Therapeutics plans to cut approximately 40% of its workforce after its cancer-drug partnership with Eli Lilly was dissolved. Foghorn and Lilly do not plan to pursue future collaborations under the terminated relationship. Foghorn is pivoting its pipeline following the end of the Lilly deal.
