Revenue increased to $22,974 million in the second quarter and $42,773 million in the first six months of 2026, from $15,558 million and $28,286 million, respectively, in the comparable 2025 periods. Growth was driven primarily by higher volume from Mounjaro and Zepbound, partially offset by lower realized prices.
