Zepbound generated $4,873 million of U.S. revenue and $4,928 million of outside-U.S. revenue in the second quarter of 2026, compared with $3,381 million of total revenue in the prior-year quarter. Six-month Zepbound revenue was $9,006 million in the U.S. and $9,088 million outside the U.S., compared with $5,693 million in the prior-year period. U.S. revenue increased 44% in the quarter and 58% year to date, driven primarily by strong demand. Lower realized prices, including previously announced cash-pay price reductions, partially offset growth.
