The Department of War signed seven-year procurement agreements with Lockheed Martin and General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems to expand manufacturing capacity for PAC-3 MSE and THAAD interceptor subcomponents. The agreements target tripling PAC-3 MSE output and quadrupling THAAD interceptor output. Guaranteed minimum annual procurement quantities are intended to support investments in workforce, materials, and facility upgrades, strengthening Lockheed Martin’s missile-production capacity.
