Cash and cash equivalents totaled $3.791 billion at June 28, 2026, compared with $4.121 billion at the beginning of the year and $1.293 billion at June 29, 2025. Lockheed Martin had no borrowings under its revolving credit facilities or commercial paper program at June 28, 2026 or December 31, 2025. During the first six months of 2026, the company repaid $1.2 billion of long-term notes at scheduled maturity, compared with $142 million repaid in the prior-year period. Net cash used in financing increased to $2.895 billion from $1.655 billion, primarily because of higher debt repayments and the absence of prior-year commercial-paper proceeds.
