Imported materials and component parts are subject to U.S. tariffs, sanctions, embargoes, export and import controls, and other trade restrictions. Lockheed Martin does not currently expect existing tariffs to have a material long-term impact on results of operations, excluding near-term cash-flow effects, but tariffs may increase material costs, reduce availability and delay supplier deliveries. Through June 28, 2026, the company received approximately $140 million in refunds related to prior tariff assessments.
