As of July 31, 2026, Lowe’s held $3.2 billion of cash and cash equivalents and had $5.0 billion of undrawn revolving-credit capacity. The company repaid $2.397 billion of debt in the first six months of fiscal 2026, compared with $796 million in the prior-year period. Commercial-paper borrowings were zero at July 31, 2026, although maximum commercial paper outstanding during the period reached $1.0 billion. Senior-debt ratings were BBB+ from S&P and Baa1 from Moody’s, both with stable outlooks.
