Southwest Airlines is introducing the Business Priority product in early 2027 for qualified corporate travelers. Benefits include priority reaccommodation, standby privileges, priority boarding, and enhanced day-of-travel assistance. The airline is also adding New Distribution Capability (NDC) connectivity by late 2026, including an API solution and integration with Amadeus Altéa NDC. The initiative is intended to improve Southwest’s access to managed corporate travel programs, travel agencies, and third-party booking tools.
