Las Vegas Sands donated $450,000 to The WASH Foundation, exceeding the $95 million materiality threshold only when considered as a disclosed strategic ESG commitment rather than a standalone financial metric; the donation itself is below that threshold. The contribution brings total company donations to the foundation since 2014 to more than $6.5 million.
