Cybersecurity and Fraud Solutions

Mastercard Inc · 2026-07-30 · Importance 34 · Surprise 42 · In source text

Mastercard’s security portfolio has expanded from card fraud into identity, threat intelligence, cybersecurity, account-to-account scams, and account takeover prevention. Management said Vocalink and its real-time payments expertise enabled Mastercard’s first consortium-based account-to-account fraud prevention solution with U.K. banks, although the opportunity remains at an earlier stage. Approximately 60% of value-added-services revenue is network linked, while the remaining marketing-services portion continues to grow. Recorded Future and other security offerings can be integrated into Mastercard Threat Intelligence and combined with Mastercard data, creating structural synergies beyond sales distribution.
