Total revenue increased 8% year over year to $105.38 billion from $97.83 billion for the three months ended June 30, 2026. North American Pharmaceutical revenue rose 5% to $86.77 billion, with U.S. sales increasing $3.7 billion on higher institutional and retail national account volumes, partly offset by branded drug price decreases and branded-to-generic conversions. Oncology & Multispecialty revenue increased 33% to $14.22 billion, driven by higher specialty pharmaceutical sales in provider solutions. Prescription Technology Solutions revenue rose 9% to $1.57 billion, while Medical-Surgical Solutions revenue increased 4% to $2.82 billion, including $79 million of growth from extended care customers and $35 million from ambulatory care customers.
