Total net sales increased 14% year over year to $9.756 billion for the three months ended July 31, 2026, from $8.578 billion, including an estimated $570 million benefit from the 53rd fiscal week and favorable foreign-currency impacts. Cardiovascular sales rose 20% to $3.927 billion, Neuroscience increased 10% to $2.678 billion, and Medical Surgical increased 10% to $2.279 billion. Cardiovascular growth was led by Electrophysiology Therapies, up 30% on pulsed-field ablation and cardiac rhythm products, while Interventional Cardiology Therapies increased 7%, CardioVascular Surgery increased 9%, and Peripheral Vascular Health increased 12%. Diabetes sales increased 17% to $843 million, driven by the U.S. launch of MiniMed Flex with Simplera Sync and international adoption of the MiniMed 780G AID system.
