Meta reduced the IT services it outsources to Wipro by at least 25% after an AI-driven restructuring and closure of its digital marketing division. Wipro’s expected annual revenue from Meta is reportedly declining from $100 million to $75 million, a $25 million reduction and a 25% year-over-year change in the relationship. Other providers, including Concentrix, Teleperformance, and Accenture, were also reportedly affected as Meta shifted outsourced functions toward internal AI tools.
