Family of Apps operating income decreased 6% to $23.394 billion in the second quarter, as higher employee, infrastructure, legal, severance, and AI-token costs exceeded revenue growth. FoA six-month operating income increased 8% to $50.294 billion because higher advertising revenue exceeded the increase in costs and expenses. Reality Labs recorded a second-quarter operating loss of $4.619 billion, up 2%, and a six-month operating loss of $8.647 billion, down 1%. Reality Labs reduced overall six-month operating profit by approximately $8.65 billion, and Meta expects full-year 2026 Reality Labs losses to remain similar to 2025.
