Martin Marietta Materials received all necessary regulatory approvals for its previously announced combination with Lhoist North America, Inc. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Upon completion, Martin Marietta expects to become the leading U.S. producer of lime and limestone solutions and significantly expand its Specialties business; financial terms were not disclosed.
