Philip Morris USA, Altria’s subsidiary, entered a contract manufacturing arrangement with non-U.S. affiliates of Philip Morris International for combustible cigarettes. Initial shipments are expected in early 2027, using the companies’ respective cigarette manufacturing capabilities. The arrangement is intended to improve PM USA’s traditional tobacco operating efficiency and generate economic benefits, but Altria said it is not expected to materially affect 2026 financial results.
