Midstream segment adjusted EBITDA increased to $1.778 billion from $1.641 billion in the second quarter of 2025. The increase was driven by higher rates and throughputs, including growth from equity affiliates and acquisitions. The gains were partially offset by the divestiture of non-core gathering and processing assets. Second-quarter pipeline throughput was 5,993 thousand barrels per day, down from 6,219 thousand barrels per day, while gathering-system throughput increased to 6,859 million cubic feet per day from 6,562 million.
