Consolidated revenues and other income increased $18.24 billion, or 53%, to $52.34 billion in the second quarter of 2026, while six-month revenue increased $20.95 billion, or 32%, to $86.91 billion. Refining & Marketing revenue increased $17.47 billion in the quarter and $20.31 billion year to date, driven by refined-product price increases of $1.12 per gallon and $0.66 per gallon, respectively, plus sales-volume increases of 7 mbpd and 55 mbpd. Renewable Diesel revenue increased $620 million in the quarter because of higher prices and 91 thousand gallons per day of additional sales, while six-month revenue increased $573 million despite a 44 thousand gallons per day volume decline caused largely by Martinez Renewables JV turnaround activity. Midstream adjusted EBITDA increased $137 million in the quarter and $15 million year to date as higher rates and throughputs, equity-affiliate growth and acquisitions offset divestitures of non-core gathering and processing assets.
