KEYTRUDA QLEX generated $463 million in second-quarter sales as the subcutaneous formulation began contributing to the KEYTRUDA franchise. WINREVAIR sales increased 75% to $588 million through continued U.S. uptake and early launches in Japan and Europe. CAPVAXIVE sales rose 42% to $184 million, driven by launch uptake in Asia Pacific, Europe and the United States. LIPFENDRA was approved in the United States as the first once-daily oral PCSK9 inhibitor, with placebo-adjusted LDL-C reductions of 56% and 59% at week 24 in two Phase 3 trials.
