Second-quarter 2026 worldwide sales increased 5% year over year to $16.607 billion, or 4% excluding foreign exchange. Pharmaceutical sales rose 5% to $14.760 billion, driven primarily by oncology, cardiometabolic and respiratory products, while Animal Health sales increased 8% to $1.775 billion. KEYTRUDA and KEYTRUDA QLEX sales grew 5% to $8.366 billion, including $463 million from KEYTRUDA QLEX, and WINREVAIR sales increased 75% to $588 million. Animal Health growth included Livestock sales of $1.041 billion, up 8%, and Companion Animal sales of $734 million, up 7%, while JANUVIA/JANUMET fell 31% to $429 million because of U.S. competition and generic competition in China and other international markets.
