Merck reported second-quarter 2026 worldwide sales of $16.61 billion, up 5.1% year over year and 4% excluding foreign exchange. KEYTRUDA family sales increased 4% to $8.4 billion, while Winrevair sales rose 75% to $588 million. Growth was led by oncology, cardiometabolic and respiratory products, and Animal Health, while diabetes and infectious-disease products declined because of generic competition. New products, including KEYTRUDA QLEX and Winrevair, supported the sales increase and helped Merck raise its full-year revenue outlook.
