Perspective Therapeutics announced a clinical trial collaboration and supply agreement with Merck to evaluate [212Pb]PSV359 with Keytruda (pembrolizumab). The amended Phase 1/2a study will assess the targeted alpha-particle therapy in FAP-α-positive solid tumors, including non-small-cell lung cancer and colorectal cancer. Merck will provide pembrolizumab at no cost, and the study is intended to determine the recommended Phase 2 dose for PSV359.
