Perspective Therapeutics announced a clinical trial collaboration and supply agreement with Merck to evaluate its targeted alpha-particle therapy [212Pb]PSV359 in combination with Keytruda (pembrolizumab). The amended Phase 1/2a study will assess the combination in FAP-α-positive solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer and colorectal cancer, and determine the recommended Phase 2 dose. Merck will provide pembrolizumab at no cost, expanding Keytruda’s development into a radiopharmaceutical combination approach.
