Worldwide sales increased 5% year over year to $16.6 billion in the second quarter of 2026 and to $32.9 billion in the first six months of 2026. U.S. sales rose to $9.4 billion in the quarter and $18.5 billion year to date, while international sales reached $7.2 billion and $14.4 billion, respectively. Oncology growth was led by Keytruda/Keytruda Qlex sales of $8.4 billion in the quarter and $16.4 billion year to date, while Welireg sales increased 67% and 57% in the respective periods. Cardiometabolic and respiratory growth reflected Winrevair sales increases of 75% and 81%, whereas diabetes sales declined 31% and 29% because of Januvia and Janumet competition and pricing pressure. Animal Health sales increased 8% in the quarter and 10% year to date to $1.8 billion and $3.6 billion, while vaccines declined year to date, including a 9% decline in Gardasil/Gardasil 9 sales to $2.2 billion.
