Moderna improved its 2026 GAAP operating expense outlook by approximately $200 million from its previous estimate. The company said it is continuing to reduce costs while advancing programs in respiratory vaccines, oncology and rare diseases. Moderna reported a second-quarter GAAP net loss of $782 million, or $1.97 per share.
