Morgan Stanley plans to invest more than $1.3 billion in a new 700,000-square-foot Uptown Dallas tower targeted for completion by 2031. The company will initially occupy temporary space at Fountain Place after receiving approval for related signage. The Dallas City Council previously approved an $18.5 million incentive package, and the project is expected to create 3,800 jobs.
