Morgan Stanley Investment Management, through funds managed by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing, acquired a Class A seniors housing portfolio in Florida. The portfolio comprises two communities with 300 independent living, assisted living and memory care units across the Orlando and Tampa metropolitan areas. AgeWell Senior Living will continue operating the communities; the reported acquisition price was not disclosed.
