Apple removed the Azar app from the Apple App Store on February 22, 2026, following an update to Apple’s App Review Guidelines on February 6, 2026. Match Group updated Azar to comply with the guidelines, and Apple reinstated a new version on April 6, 2026. The temporary removal and required updates reduced Direct Revenue for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, including a $19 million second-quarter revenue decrease. Match Group also recorded a $25.2 million impairment of the Azar trade-name asset after revising the app’s business forecast during the quarter ended March 31, 2026.
